Does anyone know when to look at congestive heart failure?

A family member elderly (age 80) went to the doctor to check why he felt very tired, short of breath, and had excessive swelling in the legs, ankles and feet (shoes barely fit). After getting water pills his doctor, the swelling went down. He did not think it needs to see a heart specialist yet, and she feels that she could not be detrimental to a specialist to manage their condition. Heart disease runs in our family, as well as diabetes, but she does not have to. Your GP tells you not bad enough to need to consult a cardiologist. He said the way they have been known for over 20 years, and she has to wait to adjust their medication first. He also said he probably will not need to see a specialist, but I think she does. It could damage your state, right?

A classic sign congenital heart failure (which used to be a generic term for death from old age) is the movement when walking. If you see a person taking a small "steps baby "when they walk. Heart failure is a failure. Not much happens without helping hearts. When it is failing, everything else suffers.
