what is considered normal / healthy blood pressure fluctuation? only diag.w / CAD-coronary atherosclerosis?
I'm in my last years 20, diagnosed with mitral valve regurg at 12 years and last week was diagnosed with chronic atherosclerosis, ischemic heart disease Coronary (CAD) and essential hypertension unspecified ... my blood pressure was perfect, my whole life until recently and I'm the best in recent 6 months had symptoms that made me go to my cardiologist last week that led to my diagnosis CAD. My resting heart rate is now averaging around 115 and I could only last 5 minutes in the nuclear stress test before reaching my peak. heart rate ... Today my bp has gone from the lowest level of 114/80 pulse 116 to the highest pulse 149/101 84 ... Why my pulse down a lot when my bp higher and vice versa? at one point today I had severe chest pains and shortness of breath and my bp was 149/97 pulse 105 ... no knowledge on this would be appreciated! I go to my Tuesday to discuss cardiodoc so if anyone angiocardiography known about them, please share too! thanks!
Its negative feedback loop. A drop in the pulse, then the body will react by increasing blood pressure by contraction of blood vessels, and vica versa. If you increase the pulse, then the body can reduce peripheral resistance to pressure Low blood. It seems that your body is compensating for each of these methods. Angiography is a gold standard test to see to the heart. While lying in a special x-ray machine, a tube is filled with the shape of your heart arteries an artery in the leg. Once there, a special dye is injected (Which can feel like washing the face). Then a picture was taken in the heart and dye is gone. This allows the doctor to see where you can be obstructions in the artery.
