Mini Strokes could be?

I asked this question yesterday in General and Health has not received many responses. Maybe you know someone in this category something? Mini Strokes or just migraines? Occasionally, I get horrible headaches. I was diagnosed with migraines as five years ago. MRI showed small brain injuries and the evidence became possible MS. The Dr. said it was nothing. Im taking pills for blood pressure very high blood pressure. I eat well and I am a weight healthy. Here Lately when I get my "migraines" the right side of my face becomes numb and "fallen" I also start to stutter and my right arm and legs feel weird. I have a black dot in my vision in my right eye now (its always there), does anyone have these symptoms with their headaches or I can be having mini strokes. (Im only 20 years old, but have had blood pressure problems since age 12) I have an appointment with my Dr in a month. You can not go any lack of insurance before because until then does

I would like to hear before. You are a very complex and difficult case to solve. You definitely need another MRI of the brain.
