Why spend so much time to be afraid of things wrong?

We as a society are afraid of mad cow disease and outbreaks of E. coli, but not having a heart attack eating much processed foods. We smoked cigarettes as if they were going out of style, drive recklessly at high speeds, and not washing hands after using the bathroom. Avian Bird flu has killed no one in the U.S. and are terrified of her, but not vaccinated against the flu that kills thousands people each year. We spend much time worrying about the threat levels were raised to orange Terrosist discussions about closing the borders and immigration issues however, completely ignored our ports with billions of foreign products every day! Why? I saw an article about this in the most Time magazine recently and found it fascinating. Just pass.

Allot of the problem here is assigned people do not seem able to think for themselves at present, only new material thrown from the media has told them. The media and everyone else for that matter has bias (a point of view), not only have a bias, but many media outlets have an agenda, so that people trust the media often 100% end in the same order of the day of the media to pay attention more often. To prove that most people are not thinking for themselves you are right that people are afraid of E. Coli in spinach, and assigns of people do not wash their hands after using the bathroom. They irony of this is one of the reasons why it is important to wash your hands after using the bathroom can get E. Coli in contact with the bottom after a bowel movement, and after eating with the same hand to wipe with. So people are afraid to E. Coli only in the case of spinach or lettuce and that is more common origin. The Congratulations for a day what allot of people do not seem to realize. The only answer I can see this is news from alternative sources, a day listening to radio news, one day see the TV news the next day go to the Internet, and the weekend news choose to learn more about the library. Also when something stain that has contact with the media misconception that news source and tell them they have wrong, and if appropriate tell legislators in Congress.org
