How is this possible? and what type of congenital heart disease is she? their symptoms: "clubbing of the fingers -cyanosis/paleness -diaphoresis/excessive weakness, breathing rapid laboratory tests sweating, "Hematology: hemoglobin older red cells, basophils: low platelet count, hemoglobin average, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration: Normal white blood cell and all other components of the x-ray suggest heart enlargement, pleural effusion please .. anyone? This girl needs to see a cardiologist. Answers here are pointless. It could be tetraology of Fallot, As suggested before, but this is less likely if it was given without repair, which has to have "tet" spells "for 19 years, if she survived both long at all. However, the conditions that make a ToF is possible, too. Consider a possible right outlet obstruction, septal "Ridding the aorta, right hypertrophy, etc. .. Once again, she really needs to see a cardiologist. In fact, it is possible to survive without corrective surgery, but question is not "if" as much as "how long." At 19, may have other long-term problems because of this condition, and they also have to be resolved.
