
An overview of heart disease
Heart disease is a very generic term that refers specifically to a diseased condition heart as heart failure, congenital heart disease, heart disease, heart infections, dysfunction of the heart valves and cardiac arrhythmias. It is estimated that a total population of a country, one in four people are affected with some form of heart disease. Heart disease is the leading killer disease in the U.S..
Whatever the type of heart disease, the primary risk factors for heart disease are smoking, hypertension, sedentary lifestyle, diabetes, genetic predisposition, menopause, obesity and hereditary. High levels of related substances inflammation, amino acids and homocysteine also pose a greater risk for developing a heart attack. This is because these substances containing fibrinogen and C-reactive protein to facilitate a greater risk of heart disorders.
The different types of heart disease are followed by different symptoms, although there are some common symptoms of a series of heart problems. These symptoms vary depending on the type and severity of heart disease. It is very crucial recognize these symptoms and seek timely medical help to avoid the condition becoming severe or frequent. Some common symptoms of disease heart are shortness of breath, palpitations, feeling of weakness or dizziness, increased heartbeat rate, sweating, nausea, heart rate irregular, acidity, etc. However, some people face a heart attack, without showing any symptoms. This type of heart attack known as "Silent MI ". Can occur among all people, but is more common in diabetic patients.
Heart Disease Prevention:
We can take steps to reduce the risk of heart attacks and heart disease. A healthy diet is the best way to reduce the risk of heart disease. You should include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet, reduce the quantities of salt, saturated fat and cholesterol to reduce these risks. Exercise regularly for at least half an hour for yourself to participate in some type of moderate physical activity level. Which is more important to avoid snuff and alcohol is critical. These substances increase the chances of a heart attack, blood pressure and stroke.
As we all know that "prevention is better than cure" is better follow the preventive measures earlier. Always remember that any actions you do today, delay, prevent, minimize or exacerbate the effects of heart disease. The basic idea is to have control over risk factors that lead to serious heart disease. However, all risk factors can not be controlled as family history, etc., but you can definitely control your lifestyle and habits and consumption of substances that are responsible for causing a heart attack.
