How to reduce your risk of cancer and heart disease
There is much interest in this matter, we will review carefully so that you can get the most out of it.
In today's world of technology when it comes to our health, we seem to have grown accustomed to please the medicines to heal our bodies. The frightening part of it is true that drugs can really be the catalyst to create even more health problems.
What more is there to talk about how they can drop the risk of many diseases nowadays of course, before they occur.
Research carried out by the Archives of Medicine under "showed that the amount of exercise we have in our daily lives is directly related to the years lived without cardiovascular disease.
Do you feel as though you have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of this item? If so, then you are ready to read the next part.
In fact only 30 minutes walking a day can extend the life of 1.3 years and add another 1.1 years of life without heart disease. This reflects the study of those with low levels of activity to those who walked at least 30 minutes per day.
Walking helps prevent breast cancer. Walk 30 minutes a day can help reduce your risk by 30%. Walk 45 minutes a day can help reduce your risk by 45%.
Walking can help prevent and reduce depression, lower levels of bone loss and, in fact, walking is one of those things that greatly help reduce the risk of many diseases, is a long list to name them all.
Compare the differences between a river flowing at a constant rate to one that is slow or hardly flows at all.
The river have a steady stream is full of life. It is clear and refreshing. Fish, frogs and turtles, along with all other creatures that live in water are booming as water is well aerated and fresh.
The river is stagnant. Well, you can imagine the smell and feel of the water and the environment. A stagnant river is dying like all living things inside. A stagnant river is gradually becoming more and more polluted due to the inability of movement, which eventually may cause the river to die.
This is a good example of how our bodies work. When we incorporate daily exercise into our lives, we are helping our body to get rid of many things that start to stagnate.
Walking increases blood flow as our hearts beat faster. This activity promotes the healthy flow of fluids throughout the body and increases the ability to eliminate toxins that accumulate in our bodies and promote disease.
Daily they do not walk, think of the stagnant river. Think about what the river water smells and how the water looks. Think of dead fish and decaying plants. Think about how the river is slowing dying.
Perhaps knowing that their river of life is growing inside of you stuck without a daily walk will be a motivating factor to help find the time and energy to add to your routine.
In the beginning, only be able to walk a few minutes per day. Take it easy and add more time to your walks as you build strength and endurance to do so.
And remember to talk about their new walking routine with your doctor if you have any questions about whether it is something I can do personally.
