my husband turned 30 and your blood pressure is very high. Is it common to have high BP at 30?

his blood pressure was 100/140 WHN first Once you are busy securing, but after reducing salt intake has stagnated at 90/135/140. He is tall and 5.10 inches weighs about 73-75 kgs. I also needed an echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) to ensure that it had no LVH (thickening of the heart muscle due to hard work pressure High blood). Maybe I should see a cardiologist ... does not mean that * has * to start medication at this time. He must know some options and have made some High blood pressure tests, because in the long run it is not good for the body.
