High Blood Pressure Eye

eye pressure is 33 and 30 and I wonder if anyone has some ideas about high blood pressure and high pr eyes?
Hi folks. I have read responses on this and was wondering if my case is almost the same. Just returned from a test of blue light in an office of Exclusion and my pressure was 33 and 31, respectively. Also I have a history of mild hypertension and was wondering if there's a good chance of being one of the main causes. Thanks,
