Lapharmacieenligne Stocks Generic Lasix for the Treatment of Hypertension

January 20, 2011 - Paris, France - High blood pressure, also known as hypertension, has recently come to the forefront of one of the leading causes of heart attack, stroke, and other cardiovascular conditions. This news has shocked the staff at Lapharmacieenligne, who are doing all they can to offer medications to stop the increase of hypertension.

"The World Health Organization has estimated that every year, more than ten million individuals throughout the world die of cardiovascular disease. This equals to roughly thirty percent of global deaths annually. Because cardiovascular disease is often the outcome of hypertension, it has become a mission at Lapharmacieenligne to reduce this percentage as much as possible by offering a large selection of hypertension medications to individuals suffering from hypertension," said company manager Gustav Fournier.

This is why Lapharmacieenligne is adding another treatment for hypertension to their list - Generic Lasix. Like other medications used to lower blood pressure, Generic Lasix works to treat hypertension safely and effectively by decreasing pressure on the heart, allowing it to pump blood at a normal rate, reducing blood pressure and lowering the possibility of a stroke or heart attack due to high blood pressure.

For any questions on FDA approved Generic Lasix, Laphamacieenligne makes their team of medical professionals available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. They are able to assess what hypertension medication, including Generic Lasix is right for the individual and at what dosage would be best beneficial to them. They also go over any other useful information, including possible side effects and drug interactions.

Portal Hypertension Treatment Guidelines

Causes and treatment for liver cirrhosis

Cirrhosis is a complication of many liver diseases characterized by abnormal structure and liver function. Diseases leading to cirrhosis do so because injure and kill liver cells, and inflammation and the relief associated with the dying liver cells causes scar tissue to form. Liver cells die is not multiply in an attempt to replace cells that have died. This results in liver cell groups start-ups (regenerative nodules) in the scar tissue. There are many causes of cirrhosis, which includes products chemicals (such as drugs in alcohol, fats, and certain), viruses, toxic metals (such as iron and copper accumulate in the liver as a result of genetic diseases), and autoimmune liver disease in which the body's immune system attacks the liver.

The causes of cirrhosis:

The ratio of liver to blood is unique. Unlike most organs in the body, only a small amount of blood that is supplied to the liver through the arteries. Most liver supply of blood comes from the intestinal veins as blood returns to the heart. The major vein that returns blood of the intestines called the portal vein. As the portal vein passes through the liver, which breaks into the veins becoming smaller and smaller. The smallest blood vessels (sinusoids called because of its unique structure) are in close contact with liver cells. In fact, the line of liver cells along the length the sinusoids. This close relationship between liver cells and blood of portal vein allows liver cells to remove and add substances to the blood. Once the blood has passed through the sinusoids, which collects in the veins becoming bigger and bigger that ultimately form a single vein, hepatic vein which returns blood to the heart.

In cirrhosis, the relation between blood cells and the liver is destroyed. Although cells surviving liver are newly created or may be able to produce and remove substances from the blood, are not normal, intimate relationship with blood, and this interferes with the ability of liver cells to add or remove substances from the blood. In addition, scars in the cirrhotic liver obstructs blood flow through the liver and liver cells.

As a result of obstruction to blood flow through the liver, Blood "backs" in the portal vein, and increasing pressure on the portal vein, a condition called portal hypertension. Because obstruction of flow and high pressure in the portal vein, portal vein blood looking for other veins in which to return to the heart, veins with lower pressures that bypass the liver. Unfortunately, the liver is not able to add or remove substances from the blood that passes over it. It is a combination of reducing the number of cells liver, loss of normal contact between the blood through the liver and liver cells and blood bypassing the liver which leads to many manifestations of cirrhosis.

Liver Cirrhosis Treatment

If cirrhosis is detected at an early stage, damage can be controlled by administration of appropriate treatment for the underlying cause. For example, if the cause the problem is the excessive consumption of alcohol, the patient will be placed on a special diet of cirrhosis, which completely restricts the consumption of alcohol. If it is hepatitis that is causing the problem, medication to control hepatitis must be prescribed. However, at the same time, liver cirrhosis treatment guidelines also state that liver cirrhosis symptoms and pain should be controlled at the beginning and not the final stage of the computer that is administering the treatment. Some of symptoms that can be controlled with treatment are:

The accumulation of fluid in the abdomen or legs can be managed with the help of a diet low in sodium, as well as water pills. If the excessive accumulation of fluid is then surgical drainage procedure may be required.

Cirrhosis of the liver may be infected, which generally heal with the help of antibiotics.

The bleeding is usually caused by certain drugs, which increases the pressure in the veins. Surgery may be necessary to place a stent, which holds open the portal vein, which reduces pressure on the veins and bleeding.

Sometimes, the doctor may recommend a liver transplant surgery, if the liver is badly scarred and can not function properly longer. In this procedure, the patient's liver is removed and replaced with a new liver, he has received from a donor.
